The Streaming Giant Selects Perfect Actor for Bentham in One Piece Third Season
Baroque Works is set to play a huge role in Netflix’s upcoming season of One Piece, even if the true confrontation isn’t set to occur until the third season, and a beloved, audience-beloved member has just been cast.
The platform declared recently that Cole Escola will appear in the One Piece season 3 cast and will embody Bon Clay. This character can use their power to morph into an exact copy of anyone they’ve touched with their main hand. The actor, who is identifies as non-binary and goes by they/them, will depict a rendition of that role re-envisioned as non-binary identifying, instead of as a drag artist, in the real-life adaptation, unlike the initial comic and anime.
The new cast member joins multiple fresh additions who will portray the group to life, featuring chief the main antagonist, brought to life by the well-known actor, a talented actress as Miss Goldenweek, and a familiar face, who also joins the cast as the monarch of the desert kingdom.
Although this character is a important part of the organization, the character won’t appear until One Piece the third season. Given season 2 likely to portray the Little Garden storyline, this signals a significant shift in the timing of the character’s debut, one that could suggest additional alterations to the plot development.
Their mix of sharp comedic timing and emotional depth makes them a ideal selection for the character.
